Fatty & enlarged liver may cause dull pain in upper abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Hepatomegaly(enlarged liver)with fatty changes in liver may cause dull pain in upper abdomen in some patients.
Fatty liver and hepatomegaly may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, obesity, alcoholism, metabolic disorder, drug toxicity etc.

Hepatomegaly and fatty changes in liver may be due to obesity in your case.
It is good that blood tests are normal.
Mildly enlarged liver and fatty liver often get reverse with treatment of underlying cause.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Hyoscine butylbromide is an anti-spasmodic and it is not expected to relieve pain in such condition.
It is important to exclude gastritis in such case.I suggest tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once daily half hour before food in the morning for one month.

Increased ESR and CRP need proper evaluation. It need detail clinical check-up.

I presume investigations like LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,RBS etc are normal.

Get well soon.
