Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that the most important interaction is between clopidogrel (Plavix) and pantoloc (pantoprazole).
Pantoprazole decreases effects of clopidogrel by affecting hepatic enzymes. Potential for interaction, monitor. Clopidogrel efficacy may be reduced.

I would recommend switching into ranitidine instead of pantoprazole, which is very helpful for gastritis and does not interact with clopidogrel (taking into consideration the benefits of clopidogrel therapy).

From the other hand atenolol increases serum potassium and salbutamol decreases its levels. So it is important to use with caution, and monitor potassium plasma levels.

There is no interaction between atenolol and Plavix and it would be safe taking both of them concomitantly.

Regarding your chest X ray, it is not a very reliable test for the pulmonary function. The respiratory function tests would be more helpful in evaluating your pulmonary function.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best wishes!
