Brief Answer:
No there is no toxicity of your implants at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

No, there is no toxicity with saline filled implants. Saline which is closed in the implants capsule is a connection of Sodium Chloride and water in biological concentration 0,9% of NaCl. The same solution is given in drips in hospitals. Probably you have had such drip during the surgery 15 years ago. Please note that in our bloodstream there is also NaCl in similar concentration.
So this makes saline completely neutral to human body. Even in case of implants leakage, saline will be absorbed and wont cause any toxicity. Actually it wont be even noticed by your body.

The capsule of your implants is made of silicone. It is also non-toxic. It can not be absorbed by your body at all. It will remain where it was placed unchanged. The only thing it may cause is a local reaction resulting with fibrous capsule around the implant creation.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
