Question: is there an alternative to daily clexane injections in the stomach ? is there an oral solution ?

Yes there is oral options to which you can switch to. These drugs are known as oral anticoagulants.
There has to be a two days overlap with Clexane then clexane is stopped.
You need to get a lab.investigation called INR that reflects the effect of oral drug.
The frequency of INR and it's target will depend on the medical condition and will be decided by your physician.
