Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum. 1 The most effective , safe , long acting than Viagra is TADALFIL tablets ( brand name erectalis or tadacip ).Dose 10-20 mg before sex. 2nd one is PYGINAL ,safe in elderly maximum 100 mg /day.(juan or progra ).
