Brief Answer:
Cervical cancer vaccine cannot be taken now

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cervical cancer prevention vaccine is not effective if you had sexual intercourse prior to taking it.
Now, you can get the pap smear test or LBC test and Human papilloma virus detection test to screen for the cervical cancer.
Information about these tests is present on various medical information sites as well as you can get the information and tests done by your OBGYN specialist.
No other vaccination is required to plan pregnancy apart from Rubella.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
