Is Tetanus Shot Recommended Inspite Of Having Red Blister On Arm?

Question: I have not had a tetanus shot in 13 years but I have had 6 or 7 in my lifetime. (Tooooo scared of it now). Can I get tetanus from a small cigeratte burn on my arm?
Its red with small blister. Sounds silly I know sorry.

You definitely need to get booster dose of Tetanus Toxoid shot.
Ideally booster doses are recommended every 5 years. As you have not received immunization since 13 years, it's advisable to get the shot. It's one of the safest vaccine and gives protection against a deadly disease. So go ahead and get the TT shot.

I forgot to mention I have a latex allergy...still safe?
