Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Welcome to healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern. I would not suggest you take Testosterone Cypionate for low energy levels.This is because it comes with a list of side effects (such as Nausea, vomiting, headache, skin color changes, increased/decreased sexual interest, oily skin, hair loss,acne,heart disease and cancers)more than benefits.

Talking about your low energy levels I would ask you to do these to get energy;
Exercise earlier in the day,
Change your eating patterns,
Learn relaxation techniques
Eliminate stimulants(caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol)

If doing all this don't help you,then you can go for the medicine you mentioned

Hope i answered your query.Feel free to ask more.
