Brief Answer:
actute- medications, chronic- surgery.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having sinusitis.

Chronic sinusitis (more than 6 months) secondary to anatomical obstructions or pathological extensions needs to be managed with surgical interventions.

Kindly give me the details ( duration of symptoms and associated with any allergies) and upload the CT scan report to comment further for the decision of surgery.

Wishing you good health. Take care.
