Brief answer....nothing to worry. You will have a new cycle now.
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern, however I would like to add that there is nothing to worry regarding your periods.
Since you have started birth control pills just few days before your periods were due,you may get some mild cramping and some light bleeding around your usual period days, however now you will have a new period cycle which would be around 26-  28 days of starting these pills.
Once you start taking these pills regularly, you would have a new cycle and not the earlier one.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
