Question: Can i smoke marijuana if it has been a week since my septoplasty was performed? If not when is the soonest I can smoke marijuana?

I understand your concern.
Smoking Marijuana or anything is not contraindicated after surgery. Initially for 15 days it should be avoided in view of possible damage the smoke can cause to the surgical site.
I would strongly advise you not to smoke it at all ever.
