Brief Answer:
Pityriasis XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to Healthcaremagic,

I have gone through your query and clinical picture uploaded by you.

It looks like Pityriasis XXXXXXX It is the one of the most common condition in children.
It is seen as asympomatic hypopigmented patches generally on face.
It resolves spontaneously and may recur also.

The other differentia may be seborrheic dermatits.
Vitamin B6 deficiency is also responsible for causing seborrheic dermatitis like rash on face.

Hope this will help you.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,

You can start giving B complex.

I will also advise you take Ketoconazole shampoo for bath. Apply this over scalp, face and neck leave it for five minutes and wash. This will control seborrhea.

If you have any other query please go ahead otherwise close the question and rate it please.
Thanks
