Brief Answer:
Go to ER immediately.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

Agitation, Chest pain, Difficulty breathing, irregularities in heart beat, are few of the symptoms of meth overdose.

I would suggest you to go to ER as soon as possible. It is difficult to comment on your situation without examination. Based on the examination, the treatment can be decided.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
