Brief Answer:
As below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Beans, nuts, berries and fruits are very rich sources of anti-oxidants. Among the different beans,
kidney beans (rajma) is a particularly rich source. Red beans are not usually used in Indian cooking, but are rich in anti-oxidants. Nuts like almonds, cashewnuts, walnuts, pistachio, peanuts etc are also rich sources. Fruits like pears, apples, plums, peaches, raisins, figs and dates are good sources. Berries and fruits which are deeply coloured, like cranberry, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, cherries, grapes, pomegranate, mango, etc are also rich in anti-oxidants.
In addition,
vitamins A, C and E have anti-oxidant activity and so, foods rich in them are good sources.
Multivitamin tablets having these vitamins also have anti-oxidant activity.
Selenium and other minerals also are anti-oxidants and are included in most multivitamin+mineral tablets.
Best wishes.
