Brief Answer:
Hives

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with our health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have been having red raised rashes on your chin that itch. If you send us an image of the lesion we can better diagnose the rash. It sounds though that you do have hives. This is an allergic reaction to something in your environment. Frequently we can not identify the causative agent but if you keep a diary of the rash and any thing surrounding the rash that may have triggered you. It could be pets, detergents, perfumes or powders, clothing, dust trees pollen or mold. So try to keep a diary as see if there is a pattern

To treat the rash I recommend using an antihistamine, benadryl, zyrtec or claritin will help. You can also use hydrocortisone cream topically. If you develop any shortness of breath or swelling of the throat you should seek medical attention right away.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
