Question: the right ovary measures 2.1x1.0x1.1 cm. the left ovary measure 2.3x1.1x1.6cm. the ovaries have normal appearances for age. there are small follicles in each ovary. Normal Doppler flow is present in each ovary

Presence of multiple small follicles in each ovary are suggestive of polycystic ovaries.
If the presence of polycystic ovaries is associated with irregular menstrual cycle, hirsutism(excessive hair on the face, chest, abdomen, thighs), acne or obesity, then it is known as polycystic ovarian syndrome ( PCOS).
PCOS is a condition of hormonal imbalance in which there is irregular or no ovulation at all, hence the conception and getting pregnant is a bit difficult.
Proper treatment including weight loss, lifestyle modification, and use of ovulation induction drugs usually result in pregnancy.
So, you can very well get pregnant with polycystic ovaries, provided all other conditions needed for conception are normal.
