Brief Answer:
Not due to pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know your usual cycle length and the date of your last menses to advise you better.
But in my opinion you are not pregnant since after about a month even the pregnancy test is negative.
This gum bleeding is just a coincidental finding and is usually due to vitamin C deficiency.
So start taking vitamin C tablets daily or take citrus fruits and fresh lemonade on daily basis to compensate the deficiency.
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
Physician opinion urgent

Detailed Answer:
There is absolutely no interaction between vitamin C tablets and premence or maintained.
So don't worry about that but the presence of blackish stools and gum bleeding is serious.
You need a physician work up at the earliest as all this can be related to hookworm in your intestine or a general coagulation problem.
As far as missing periods are concerned wait for another week for your periods and in case you still don't get them then take norethisterone tablets for withdrawal of periods.
Take care
