Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Good morning.
I can understand your concern.
If you had sex during your menstrual period (it is not a fertile period) there is no chance of pregnancy.
There is nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
There is no need to take I Pill.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your reply.
1. There is no need to take postcoital emergency contraceptive like I Pill since you had sex during the menstruation
2. She is having irregular menstrual bleeding which could be due to some hormonal imbalance, stress or some underlying medical illness. If she continues to have irregular bleeding, she must be evaluated by a gynecologist.
Hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
There are safe periods during the menstrual cycle.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your reply.
1. If your menstrual cycles range between 22-35 days;
The safe periods to have sex are from Day 1-7 and Day 21 to the rest of the cycle.
2. Drinking coconut water or eating Papaya are not effective in getting the periods earlier, there is not scientific evidence behind this.
3. Though the chances of pregnancy during periods are unlikely, they are not entirely absent because the sperms can survive in the body for a few days and there is a small chance that an early ovulation will cause pregnancy.
Hope this answers your query.
