Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

There is NO chance of pregnancy with above sexual activity and period flow may alter 1 to 2 days due to hormonal imbalance (effect of Diane 35). Don't be worried and you can start Diane 35 from today as per scheduled time.

Brief Answer:
TVS scan can be done at 4 weeks to detect pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for follow up query.

Yes, ultrasound scan will help to know and confirm the pregnancy. Trans Vaginal Ultrasound can detect pregnancy (gestational sac) around 4 weeks from last period date and it is the earliest.

Let me know few things:

1) Do your partner has problem of early ejaculation during sex?

2) How much time can he keep erect his penis? Any H/O painful sex?

3) Does he has habit of masturbation from early age? Give more detail history about this sexual problem.

I will be looking forward for your earliest response to give proper suggestion.

According to information, your partner maybe suffering from Erectile dysfunction with Premature Ejaculation. Both can cause sexual dissatisfaction in married life, specially to you.

In erectile dysfunction, a man is unable to get or maintain erection for certain time, which is needed firm enough to complete sexual intercourse. In Premature Ejaculation, male ejaculate within 1 min or prior to intimate/sexual intercourse with partner. If both condition last for long time, they can cause impotency/ loss of libido / infertility after married life.

Some underlying causes should be ruled out like Hypogonadism, Psychological stress, Smoking/alcohol, Some drugs, Prostate Hypertrophy/Prostatitis, high BP, Varicocele/hydrocele, Diabetes,Thyroid disorder, Neurological causes etc.

A complete clinical examination is needed by urologist or sexologist to confirm diagnosis. Kindly, consult with any one of them to take suggestive measures.

Do the following things for life style modification & Prevention of above condition:

1) Quit smoking and alcohol. He may need psychotherapy /counseling.

2) Decrease frequency of masturbation if he does it frequently.

3) Take healthy diet, do physical exercise regularly and maintain personal hygiene.

4) Avoid stress /psychological upset/ depression by regular breathing exercise/ yoga for 15-20 min.

5) In Premature Ejaculation:

a) Stop & Start Technique are very good and much helpful. You can google about them.
b) Use anesthetic gel to desensitize penis or condom for temporary delaying
c) Certain drug like Dapoxetine, a class of SSRI,short acting and well approved.
d) Intracavernous Therapy with injecting vasodilator substance to control premature ejaculation & maintain erection.
e) Kegel exercise or strengthening of PC muscle by contraction and relaxation as on holding & releasing urine.

6) Drug like Sildenafil may be helpful in treating erectile dysfunction. Discuss with urologist/sexologist for prescription.

7) Need proper sleep. Avoid hot working place and tight underwear.
