Brief Answer:
No risk of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There was no need to take the emergency pill as there is no egg in female body just after ovulation.
But since you have had it already, there is no risk.
It is safe in lactation but can cause delayed periods.
In future always indulge in protected sexual activity and since the baby is already 7 months old you can start oral contraceptive pills so as to have hassle free personal life.
Take care

Brief Answer:
No need to take ipill

Detailed Answer:
No I suggested you to not to take ipill at all right now and in future use protection while having sex or start oral contraceptive pills on daily basis so as to have hassle free sexual life free from the risk of pregnancy.
Alternatively you can have copper T insertion which is best as it has no effect on hormones and needs no extra care on daily basis once inserted you will be free from fear of pregnancy for 5 years.
