Brief Answer:
No pregnancy if you had regular periods.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
There is possibility of having a pregnancy by the incident mentioned in your query but since you took emergency pill after 27 hours, it will still protect you and reduce chances of pregnancy by more than 75 percent chances. If you got periods in 4 days time then pregnancy is least likely.

After taking emergency pills there is hormonal imbalances for next two cycles and your cramps and nausea can be due to this reason. Even bleeding can be delayed or early for next two cycles due taking emergency pill.

The flu and headache can be due to viral infection. These symptoms like cramps, nausea and breast soreness can be experienced even in absence of pregnancy and appear because of stress.

If somehow your next periods gets delayed by more than a week and you do not get periods by 2nd December 2014 then please do home pregnancy test. This is least likely though.

Please do not worry.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
