Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Negative Pregnancy Test Report?

Question: Last month day 21 of 25 day cycle progesterone was 43. I did have a period on day 25 for 4 days but it wasn't heavy. I am now 3 days late and on day 28 done a pregnancy test it is negative could I still be pregnant with having a high progesterone last month?

As per your report with that level of progesterone you have ovulated, but as you may know chances to conceive are 20% during this time(fertile window).

Pregnancy test negative -it may be correct or you tested early.

Based on other reports your cycle is not regular, as your ovulation day is, hence have another pregnancy test at home to clear your doubts.

I have done another test this morning I am now on cycle day 30 usually a 25 day cycle and regular never miss periods but test is still negative could I still be pregnant? I am buying the test strips off the internet that are supposed to be very sensitive at 10? Should I use something like Clearblue?

I understand your anxiety and is normal but better for you is to have a Bhcg (Beta HCG) blood test to confirm/exclude pregnancy.

All the tests are same ,buys them in drug store or in the internet.

Chances to be pregnant are very low after the negative pregnancy test at home but we hope so much while your cycle is regular .

With the help of a clear blue fertility monitor how many cycles should I conceive in? Do I need to have intercourse on high days and peak days?
Also my husband smokes so does that mean I will not conceive?
I am worried as I am 39 never had pregnancy and never used contraception but I have never had regular intercourse until I married 2.5 years ago when intercourse is still even maybe once or twice a month.
My husband is 50 and does have children to another partner.

I cant tel you for sure within how many months but the chances of conception will be high.

Yes, regular intercourse during the fertile days is necessary.

Smoking does affect the sperm count but not an extent of causing infertility. Anyway, I suggest you once get your husband's semen analysis done.
