Can I do an IUI to try to get pregnant since my tubes are obstructed at the beginning? Can I use herbs to clear tissues in my tubes?

I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply
1. If your fallopian tubes are blocked it is not possible to conceive naturally or by IUI.
2. Herbs or medicines wont be able to cure it.
3. Perhaps laparoscopy is best method to diagnose if fallopian tube block detected by HSG is right or wrong.
4. You can opt for laparoscopy as it can diagnose and can also be treated at the same time.
5. If you dont wish to try laparoscopy go for IVF treatment. This is the only alternative.
6. Since you are already 40 years there is no point in wasting precious time. Go for IVF directly.
