Is Pregnancy Possible After Tubal Ligation?
Question: Hi I had my tubes clip back in 2002 and my obgyn said that after 7 to 12 years its a possibility that i can become pregnant I've went to the doctor and they said that they didn't see where i was clip or cut so whats going on why im not pregnant

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
If you have tubes clip on then obviously you cannnot get pregnant .
There is no pathway for the ova to meet the sperm and reach the uterus. Its blocked by the clip.
You have to get it removed.
If surgeons cannot see it that is because the clip is put long time back and so tissue must have grown on top of it and its buried .
But it has to be there and needs to be removed before you can think of getting pregnant.
