Brief Answer:
Please kindly provide some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Can you give me some more information about these symptoms and your general health?
-- Have you been sexually active recently? When was your last menstrual period?
-- Why have you done the tubal legation at such a young age?
-- How is your bowel movement and also any problem with urination?
-- If you feel fluids...do you also see them? I mean do you get wet and if yes in what amount?
-- Have you done a pregnancy test?

The tubal legation its a very safe procedure and works in most of the cases, but can also be cases when it can fail.
Also, if being pregnant results negative by a pregnancy test, that feeling may come from the bowel, or other organs in the abdomen.

Hope this is helpful.
Looking forward to your follow-up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako

I am sexually active, my husband and i were just married August 25th 2016, my last period was mid august, I don't know why I got it done young but we're currently saving for a reversal, no urination problems, bowels have been runny and firm at different times, and yes I get wet but when i have the gushes it feels like my water is breaking, it's always clear and sweet smelling like amniotic fluids almost and it's non stop for 1 or 2 mins approx 10-15 oz of fluid , negative pregnancy test on Oct 1?

Brief Answer:
Possible pseudocyesis- called the false pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

If the pregnancy test it is negative then you are not pregnant because those tests are very sensitive.

Your symptoms are very alike to a pregnancy, but you are not pregnant.
There is though a syndrom that may happen in women that have a big desire to be pregnant called Pseudocyesis (google it). It is basically all the symptoms of pregnancy, sometimes even the swelling of the belly, except that there is no fetus in the uterus. Sometimes even men will have it, when their wife its pregnant.

I want to encourage you also that you consider a visit to a gynecologist so they can check why/if your uterus is producing more fluids then usual, and also an abdominal ultrasound to check it.

I would expect the period to come soon eventually. Repeat the pregnancy test another time in a few days to be extra sure that it continues to be negative.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications. Otherwise please kindly close and rate the answer.

Regards,
