Question: 185 glucose level post fasting. Anything to concern? Please advice?

Hi and welcome.
Well, 185 post fasting is slightly elevated blood sugar but still not indicating diabetes especially if nonfasting blood sugar is under 130. I suggest to repeat test in 3-4 weeks, till that avoid high calory diet and fats. If findings are still elevated, you should have continue with more strictly diet and exercise and in case of worse results, oral hipoglicemics may be necessary. Wish you good health. Regards
