Brief Answer: I need to rule out Dwarfism with 3'3" height Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern. Unfortunately at the age of 35 years it is not possible to increase height. Reason being the end of long bones of our body fuses by puberty. A lot of people claim to increase height by there medications mostly herbal ones but the fact is that it is not possible at this age. In fact at some earlier age also it's a difficult task. Now point of concern is that the height you have mentioned would be categorized under "Short Stature". So I want to know a little more things to help you in a better way : 1. Height of your parents 2. About development of your secondary sexual characters like penis , axillary and pubic hair 3. Any breast enlargement 4. Any hoarse voice? 5. Any other medical illness. 6. Your marital status. Reply with these answers so that at least I can help you with a diagnosis in case you have Dwarfism and if we can do anything for that at this age other then height part. If you also have any other query please ask me. I would be happy to answer.
