Is Persistent Vaginal Spotting A Sign Of Pregnancy?
Question: Hello Doctorð
I am married recently my period cycle got changed last month it was Nov 7th and I have 28 days cycle but this month I have light spotting on December 2nd and no trace after that from December 5th I have very light period compared to my previous periods and the light period continued for one week that is today. Is this any sign of pregnancy or any health issue I don't understand.can you please help me on this I think gynaecologist can guide me better on this.I need any check up or tests I don't no. two years back I have done thyroid check up its normal.I don't have any thyroid problems.i need to check again really not sure.

No I didn't used any contraceptive pills...I am worried every month it's quite normal for me...why this month happened like this... urine pregnancy test is also negative...is this related to any pregnancy...today is the 10th day my bleeding started at 5th Decemberð¶

Don't panic as it is commonly seen in normal menstruating women also.
In my opinion you need oral hormone pills (the Ines used for contraception)
They will regulate the hormone levels and also regulate periods and bleeding.
These are prescription drugs and general examination is needed prior to start of these so visit a gynaecologist for prescription
