Brief Answer:
it is likely normal aging

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Many of the men lose size and thickness of penis after age of 50. More happens after age of 60.

Overall physical fitness also matters. Sometime with weight reduction such changes occur in penis but with weight gain these changes are reversible while with aging such changes occur gradually and irreversible.

In males due to accumulation of fat over abdomen in pubic area with aging is responsible for relatively more thinner and shorter look of penis.

If you are able to use penis in urinating and sex without any problem, no need to worry at all.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
