Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Good to get an update.
The feelings that you have are very common in pregnancy.
The baby and the pregnancy makes very harsh demands on your body.
Fatigue is very common.
Wanting to rest is normal.
Atleast 10 hours of sleep at night and 2 hours in the daytime is a must, maybe more if your body wants it.
It is quite alright.
Standing for prolonged periods is also very difficult.
Body ache and lack of energy are normal.
You need to drink lots of fluids, do some yoga and meditation.
Eat high energy foods .
Otrivin is a temporary solution, it is also habit forming.
Cold will not affect your baby at all, dont worry.
Only high grade fever for long can damage the child.
For cold, instead of Otrivin, you can take Salin nasal drops - that is plain saline nasal drops.
Massage with Vicks.
Take steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil in it.
Have soup with ginger, tulsi and black pepper.
Your immunity is compromised in pregnancy, leading to frequent cold infections.
Take daily vitamin C tablets ( Celin or Limcee ) 1 tablet daily for a month.
All the best
