Brief Answer:
Your total sperm count is low.(Oligospermia).

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted it appears that your total sperm count is slightly lower than accepted normal range as per WHO standards and Ph of your semen(6.5) is also lower than normal Ph (7.1 to 7-8)of a semen.

Normal sperm count for effective fertilization of female eggs should be 20millions per millilitre of semen and Ph of semen should be between the range of 7.2 to 7.8 (Alkaline ) so that sperms can survive in vagina having secretions acidic in nature.

Following measure will help you to increase the sperm count and increase the Ph of your semen .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Rest of the other parameters like motility ,morphology of the sperm is within normal range.

Repeat your semen analysis after three months .

Please consult qualified infertility specialist for detail evaluation and further treatment if required.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Dear Doctor,

Thank you so much for your feedback.

I have also done the sonography the report of which i have attached. Is there any further diagnosis based on this sonography report. The sonography report says Variocele. Is it something to worry about?

I showed the report to my family physician who suggested we wait for 3 months and do the test again and that i may need surgery if the problem persists.

Actually i am scared of surgery. Is there any special care that i have to take so that i can avoid surgery. Kindly advise.

Thanks & Regards
