Brief Answer:
Thyroid blood profile.

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern. You did mention about starting Synthroid recently. What was your TSH levels prior to that ?. We need to find out why you have palpitations and tremors. It is unlikely to be due to pregnancy and I suspect it is related to Synthroid. Your thyroid blood works will help us to decide further.
Regarding abortion, at this gestational age, medical abortion is possible, but you need to see a gynecologist in person to discuss about it. Because, only after examination they can decide regarding medical or surgical abortion.

Could you elaborate a bit on your past medical history if any?

Regards
Binu
