Brief Answer:
Needs stress thallium scan to rule out coronary artery disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no ecg attached, so should try again to reupload it.
However, LBBB can occur with coronary artery disease and sometimes just an age related change due to high blood pressure. So need to rule out coronary artery disease and needs echocardiography and stress thallium. If stress thallium is not available, then ct coronary angiography can also be done. If any of these shows abnormalities then need to do coronary angiography. So patient can't be cleared at this moment.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
