I had unprotected sex with a sex worker in macau 4 months ago band also after the intercourse there were no marks or cuts on my penis
Now its been 4 months and for the last couple of days i have a little joint and muscle pain but thats it no other symptoms
What are the chances of contracting the hi

Risk of HIV is 5 per 10000 exposures.

I can understand your concerns.

With the sexual activity you have described and even if the sex worker was HIV positive, the estimated per-act risk of acquiring HIV would be 5 per 10,000 exposures.

You can also confirm by going for HIV testing.
Since its 4 months after intercourse, the window period would be over and the tests would be accurate as well.

In my opinion, your joint and muscle pain is not related to HIV. You can take a pain killer like ibuprofen for it or consult your doctor.
