The medicines you mention for IBS are good; but only those will not help you much to treat your case. The above medicine are specially for dyspepsia.

If you have symptoms of IBS then you have to take Alos soc Q 10 drops twice in a day with half cup of water - this would help you. In addition improve your dietary habit and avoide spicy food.
