Brief Answer:
Yoghurt is great food choice, following diabetes signs

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,

I understand your concern.

Yoghurt is a very nutritious food. There is nothing bad in eating in daily basis. Caution is required with fatty yoghurt that contains high fatty components.

With regards to pre/diabetes, the most common signs include :
- increased thirst and hunger (polydipsia and polyphagia )
- frequent urination
- persistent high blood sugar levels which is the most important

Hope it was of help!

Previous information was helpful. My Dr has prescribed Effient 10mg. I've been taking this since October 2014. Since then I have developed a very itchy rash on my arms, also circular splotches on my legs with a small knot in the middle. My doctor doesn't think this is caused by Effient. What do you think! Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Can you please provide a clear photo of the itchy rash on your arms? I need to have a look at them and analyze them myself before running into final conclusions!

Looking forward to have the photos in!

Hello, thank you for your answer. I did read your response and found it helpful. About the rash, I am not very technology literate but as soon as my daughter comes home I will ask her assistance in forwarding a picture. I appreciate your speedy replies.

Thank you,
