Brief Answer:
frequency of sex can be normal as like before operation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Congratulations for being a father.

You would like to mention that your wife has undergone caesarean section operation for delivery in XXXXXXX Already 2 months has been passed. Any surgical procedure will take 60 -90 days for complete healing. If your wife is physically fit you can regain sex life as normal as before pregnancy. If you did not have started sex life yet you can begin sex life if your wife is ready. Initially you should be gentle and slow and take care that you did not put too much pressure over her body. As time passes and she feels completely comfortable during sex you can move forward and enjoy sex life before. There is no specific frequency which we can say normal. It totally depends on mood, desire and comfort of both partners. You can go for frequency like before operation(pregnancy). There is no safety issue at all.

Yes condom is the safest contraceptive without any side effects. You can use completely for four years. If condom is used properly its success rate is almost 95-99%. Other option is 'Safe Period method'. In this method you should avoid sex during ovulation period. Detail explanation is long. For detail you can search internet. However in this menstrual cycle must be regular. Better to avoid this method if you are not able to use it tactfully.

Other safest methods are female contraception. In which OC pills and copper T are usual approach. You can discuss more about the same with your wife's gynecologist.

For better health nutritious food and regular exercise are the must. Sleep schedule is also to be maintained. However until 1-2 years due to your baby's sleep patterns you and your wife have to awake in between.

In food fruits and vegetables are important for immunity. Avoid junk (fast) food as much as possible.
Avoid smoking, alcohol and tobacco if at all you are using.
Spare time for family and yourself apart form job.

For baby up to at least 4 months exclusive mother's breastfeeding is must. Baby should be vaccinated as per vaccination schedule. After 4 months weaning (food other than breast milk) can be started with paediatrician’s advice.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
