Question: I have bronchitis, sinusitis and have seen a doctor but I'm worried about all the medications I was advised to use. Here is a list of the advised medications:

azithromax - 5 day
motrin - 800 miligrams (threw out my back coughing so this is for pain)
zyrtek or claritin daily
sudafed
mucinex D
Please let me know if it is safe to use all this together

Brief Answer:
Yes,all these medications are safer to tale altogether.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Azithromax or azithromycin-500mg is for bacterial infection specially in URTI or rhinitis or sinusitis.

Motrin-800 or ibuprofen 800 mg is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug to combat or prevent inflammation.

Zyrtek(cetrizine) or claritin(loratadine) are antihistamine drugs to prevent cough.

Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages is used to treat nasal and sinus congestion.

Mucinex-D is a combination of guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine. Guaifenesin is an expectorant. It helps to relieve congestion in your chest and throat, making it easier to cough out through your mouth.

Yes,they can be taken safely altogether without any problem as they do not have any drug interactions.

Thanks and Regards,
