Brief Answer:
There are no studies of nexito in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.

You are receiving the right drugs. I need more information about imbalance. Do you mean that you feel like falling while rising from sitting position? Do you have fall down while walking? exactly what do you mean by unbalance? describe in detail about the symptoms.

Use of benzodiazepines in pregnancy like clonotril is not advisable. It is good that you stopped it.

There are no studies regarding effect of nexito in pregnancy over unborn baby, but the manufacture says that it should not be used. We doctors advice it's use only when the risk benefit ratio is low. In a patient having serious psychiatric illness and severe symptoms, there are more chances that untreated psychiatric condition may affect baby's nurturing and care, so we advice drugs to control the illness and for the benefit of baby.

I feel 5 mg of nexito would not have any untoward side effects on baby. If you doing well on nexito for more than 4 to 5 months then you can gradually stop it. At least drugs should not be taken during first three months of pregnancy because during that period only drugs will cause harm to the baby. If your symptoms re-emerge during pregnancy then you can have drugs only after 3 months of pregnancy.

Visit your prescribing doctor before making any changes in the dosage for safety purpose.

Change in the dietary habit and exercise would be beneficial to reduce weight.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query then I shall be happy to help.
Wish you good health.

Thanks doctor I have gradually stopped nexito so should be off it completely next month.

Unbalane /dizziness started after uti I did all possible tests the MRI of brain was normal no vertigo no bp related problem while sitting up from bed and while sleeping slight spasm was there in the neck and idid pyshiotheraphy the reports stated early cervical spondlysis. Doctors say its just in the mind and no 1 symptom of anxiety but I feel it is related to notice posture for instance I feel when there is loud music I feel dizzy or if I am in the car and reading ..I feel lil pressure on eyes but eyesight is normal .also it is period specific I feel more uneasy before my periods PMS symptoms plus during ovulation . actually have done all tests everything is normal. Do let me know if I need to investigate further.

Brief Answer:
Nothing more to be done now

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.

PMS symptoms are many and you know it. There is no need to take drugs for PMS but you need to live with it because they will come often but not always with every cycle.

If the imbalance is causing serious trouble to you with other symptoms related to your periods then you need to consider taking drugs but if you feel that you can live with it then you shouldn't take any drugs. Not taking drugs will be in best interest for you because you are planning for a baby.

There is no need to worry and to go for further investigations. Increasing fluid intake with juice will help. Yoga and meditation during difficult time will also help.

Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have further query then close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wish you good health and motherhood.
