Question: is it possible i have lice on my scotnum,symtoms are not really itching feels more like irritation and notice very small dark specks,what does this sound like

Yes lice infestation is possible on the scrotum. You should visit a dermatologist to examine the scrotum If indeed its diagnosed as Pubic or scrotal lice then 1% permethrin can be used for treatment. It should be applied and kept for at least 5 minutes. Wash all the clothes and bedding in thoroughly in hot water to avoid reinfection or further transmission.
