Hi the filling is the same color as teeth and it is on the same side , he just pulled it out and have me bite glauze to form clot on the extracted teeth. I dont feel anything pain from the filling teeth at all unless when the extracted area started to hurt , the whole side will hurt and sensitive.

Brief Answer:
Healing socket.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for reply.

As the extracted socket is raw now, therefore you are experiencing pain. Please observe it for five days, starting from the day of extraction. Try, not to take pain killers more than twice a day.

Dry socket is expected only after five to seven days after extraction.

Simultaneously, I would advise you to take a course of antibiotics and serratiopeptidase(enzymes) for three day. Please discuss with your dentist and take them. This helps in faster healing and antibiotic would prevent any kind of developing infection.

You can gently do warm saline rinses, after dinner to avoid accumulation of any food particles in the healing socket.you can apply cold packs on the affected side or eat ice-creams.

Do not touch the area with your tongue or do vigorous rinsing. This can dislodge the clot.Within 24 hours of extraction, the clot gets stabilized. Therefore do not worry and please do as per suggested.

If you do not find relief even after 5 days and have dull pain then please report your dentist for follow up.

Time being avoid hot and spicy food stuff. Please follow these measures and look for results.I am sure it does not appear a case of dry socket and healing should take place smoothly.

Let me know for further doubts.
Thanks.
Take care.
