Is It Advised To Give Lactogen To A Five Month Old Child?

Question: Is it best to give lactogen to my daughter?
Right now she is five months old.
And we tried giving cow milk she is not drinking it..

Yes you can give lactogen stage 1 .
If mother's milk is not available then you can give it.
Cows milk is not suitable for newborn, but sometimes due to financial issues we advised it in some patients.
Those who can buy lactogen or any formula feed should go with formula only.

Breast milk is best milk.
But if it is not there then secod best option is lactogen.
Lactogen is prepared in such a way that it is very close to mother's milk in terms of content and digestion.
Cow's milk contains some proteins which can not be handeled by immature kidneys of newborn.
Thus you are left with only option of giving formula milk.
