Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Such bleeding episodes are common once in a while.

This is generally due to minor hormonal variation in the body leading to thick endometrium. This endometrium is shed leading such bleeding pattern.

This does not appear to be cancer. There is no need to worry about it.

Hi,

This bright red spot is your periods.

Cramping and spotting were due to increased Endometrial thickness which was being shed.
