I have read your query and understand your concern.
Jaundice is basically a manifestation of some underlying disease and not a disease in itself.
If your jaundice is due to biliary obstruction as it happens in presence of gall stones,then there is no problem in doing intercourse. But if the underlying cause is hepatitis B and sometimes in hepatitis C,then intercourse can transmit hepatitis to your wife.
Hepatitis A is caused by fecal oral route,hence vaginal sex won't cause it's transmission but a oral or anal sex may result in transmission of hepatitis A.
