Brief Answer:
adrenal glands near kidneys may be the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic.
High sodium and low potassium may be related to adrenal gland tumor and not lung tumors, an additional finding will be hypertension that is not responsive to usual antihypertensive medications.
Some patients of pancreatic tumors and enteric fistulas who have loose motions will have wasting of pottasium and elevation of sodium levels.
Ideally you should get evaluated by a local physician and investigated accordingly
I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
