Question: I,m 61 yrs. I have had a partial hysterectomy and an ovary with a cyst for several yrs. It's being monitored by ultrasound. I am worried about ovarian CA and pros

I understand your anxiety about the issue so you definitely need to monitor the cyst via ultrasound and also get CA-125 and CEA levels every 6 months along with ultrasound.
Most likely it will not grow cancerous now but still it is better to monitor always.

Yes Mam, sorry for the delay in response as I was struck in an emergency.
No it is not related to polycystic ovary.
But still I would like to see your last two ultrasound reports to give a better opinion.
TSH is normal so nothing to worry in that respect.
Rapid hair loss is normal at your age so you can take folic acid plus biotin and pyridoxine combination tablets which are good for hair health.
But in general they won't do wonders frankly.
