Brief Answer:
She can have green tea.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
She can have a cup of green tea daily. It has antioxidants that will help in normal baby's growth.
The movement of the baby usually presents around 18-20 weeks in a first time pregnancy.
You will be able to feel the baby moving around inside the uterus as it is active and healthy and denotes a healthy development of it's nervous and musculoskeletal system.
The nutritional supplements that you need for healthy baby include-
1. A high protein diet- rich in pulses, cereals, eggs, fish, etc.
2. A high calcium intake- like milk, milk products, eggs, bajra, ragi, etc.
3. Eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and avoid foods which are not easily digestible and fatty foods
4. Have six small meals instead of 3 large meals
5. Drink plenty of fluids
6. Go for regular Brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily. Do not indulge in any heavy exercise. This can do more harm than good.
7. Take regular iron , calcium and DHA supplements as prescribed by your gynecologist.
Go for regular antenatal checkup. Get your blood pressure checked regularly, better in the left lateral position while lying down.
Wishing you a beautiful pregnancy and healthy delivery and baby.
