Brief Answer:
NEED TO GET A USG

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

It is not normal to get periods after 1 year of amennorhoea.. It needs a detailed evaluation.. I would recomend to get a scan done to see for endometrial thickness..

If the endometrial thickness is less than 5 mm, no need to worry, just have a regular follow up.. But if endometrial thickness is more than 5 mm, it would be better to get an endometrial biopsy and send for histopathological examination..

Most woman wont have any problems but this need to be evaluated.. So dont worry..

Also what did you mean by PMT or is it PMB? Are you a hypertensive?

Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any queries.. good day..
