It is going to stay there. The focus on dealing with fibromyalgia is to increase participation in life. As such, exercise to the point where it would reasonably cause discomfort has been the only really useful treatment.
Dampers of nerves. Lyrica, gabapentin, amitryptiline-- can be used. but it is the physical therapy and exercise that really makes a difference
