Brief Answer:
No,they don't mean automatically a heart attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello !
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Fatigue, indigestion, anxiety, chills, depression are very general symptoms and many disease may present with such symptoms. They don't mean automatically heart attack.
Your blood pressure of 143/86 is in normal range.

Heart Attack in Women may present with these signs:

-Uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of your chest. It lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back.
-Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw.
-Stomach pain. Other times, women experience severe abdominal pressure
-Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
-Other signs such as breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.
As with men, women’s most common heart attack symptom is chest pain or discomfort. But women are somewhat more likely than men to experience some of the other common symptoms, particularly shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting and back or jaw pain.

If you think that you are having a heart attack (even if you think your symptoms aren’t that bad ) , you have to get it checked out right away.
Don't neglect such symptoms.

Hope my answer has helped.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to write me,I will be happy to help.

Wish you good help.
